Our company has qualified personnel with many years of experience for the technical support of the machines and devices sold to its customers. The repair/maintenance process takes place, as a rule, in the company’s workshop, while in special cases, on-site repair/maintenance is carried out at the customer’s premises.

In case of impossibility of repair in our company, the instrument / machine is sent to the manufacturer after communication with the customer and preliminary costing of the repair. The shipment is always accompanied by a report of the company’s work to the manufacturer.

  • After the completion of the work, a work report is wrtiten for the customer’s information.
  • All the devices are covered by a 1-year warranty and for them our company has for immediate delivery a large stock of original spare parts and consumables needed.
  • With the purchase of new devices we may also provide installation and training services.
