Book “Cheese and other dairy problems”

A new book has just been released by Dr. Alexandros Moumtzis. The author graduated from the Veterinary School of Thessaloniki and specialized in Food Technology. For 12 years he has taught at TEI Thessaloniki the subjects: Milk technology, Meat Technology and Food Inspection. This book is a useful tool, the product of many years of experience, a valuable and practical aid, written in a simple and understandable way. It is a guide to dealing with problems in the production of cheese and other dairy products.
