Cheese and other dairy problems

This small book does not claim to be original; nor does it certainly aspire to enrich the scientific knowledge that has so far been accumulated (and is vast) on the subjects it deals with.

Its intention is to systematize the various technological problems of the dairy farming and to propose means of prevention or treatment. If the phrase does not sound exaggerated, it comes to fill a gap in the Greek literature, making use of many years of multifaceted experience.
