Bioren liquid natural rennet

Our liquid calves’ rennet is supplied according to individual customer requirements. Both the chymosin/pepsin ratio as well as the rennet strength is adapted to the demands of the cheese maker. This product may be used for cheese made from cow’s , sheep or goat’s milk. Units range in size from 100ml for home use to big containers for industrial applications.

For more information ask for the product technical specificaton. The producer has ISO, HACCP, GMO-free certification.
